We host every recording for 10 years from the day you order, on a domain we own. You can also save a copy of the recording from its page at any time, so you always have it.

Anyone who scans the QR code on the frame, or has its link. Each code is long and random, so it can't be guessed, and recording pages are kept out of search engines.

Yes. Email us with your order number and we'll delete it. The QR code will then say the recording has been removed.

A voice, up to 60 seconds, or 3 minutes for A$10 more: a message, a laugh, a voicemail you've kept. Please don't use music or anything you don't have the right to share.

MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM, AAC, AMR, OGG and OPUS: voice memos, voicemails and WhatsApp voice notes from iPhone and Android. You choose the part to keep after uploading. Our voice guides show how to save one from each app.

The code is printed large, and we scan every print file before it's made to check the code opens the right recording. Any phone camera can read it, with no app.
