Terms

These terms apply when you order from Framed Voice. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your recording

• Recordings are for voices, up to 60 seconds, or 3 minutes with the longer recording.
• Only upload what you have the right to share. Please don't use music or recordings you don't own, or anyone's voice they wouldn't want shared.
• You keep every right in your recording. You let us store it, convert it, print its soundwave and play it to anyone with its code, only to make and host your keepsake.
• We may refuse or remove anything unlawful or hurtful.

Hosting

We host the recording for 10 years from your order, and you can save a copy from its page at any time. If we ever have to stop, we'll email you first with a way to download it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Price and delivery

Prices are in Australian dollars and include delivery within Australia. Made to order in Australia, usually dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.

Faulty or damaged prints

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not as you designed it, email hello@framedvoice.com with a photo and we'll replace it free.

Change of mind

Every print is made to order with your recording and caption, so we can't offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Please check the preview, including the spelling of the caption, before you order.
